FISH ARE BECOME EXTINCTION

Fish can only migrate in the first 25 meters depth. “In EU and similar countries, hunting in seas shallower than 50 meters is prohibited.” he said.
BLOW TO THE ECOLOGICAL CYCLE
In addition to fishing with purse purse boats in the Bosphorus, the increase in jellyfish as well as plastic pollution on the shores, which are considered the pearl of the Bosphorus, also creates concern. Turkish Nature Conservation Association (TTKD) Scientific Advisor Dr. Erol Kesici, on the other hand, emphasized that the ecological cycle in the Bosphorus has been disrupted and said: “When the fish species common to the food chain disappear, jellyfish begin to dominate the environment. CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN LAUNCHED
On the other hand, a signature campaign was launched on “Change.org” against fishing by purse purse boats in the Bosphorus. For the campaign, “This situation negatively affects the marine ecosystem and may cause bigger problems in the future. Moreover, this situation prevents the younger generations from fully enjoying this beautiful view. Purse seine nets can cause permanent damage to marine creatures. In order to protect the marine ecosystem from these damages, we demand that purse purse fishing be banned in the Bosphorus. “Let’s unite on this issue and protect the Bosphorus from this harmful practice.” statements were included.
