Ukrainian army reports heavy fighting in the east

The Ukrainian defenders managed to eliminate 1,370 Russian soldiers dead or wounded.

A focus continued to be the Pokrovsk section of the front, which was largely captured by Russian troops. But the Ukrainians continue to hold positions in the neighboring city of Myrnohrad in the Donetsk region.
