Some immovable properties will be expropriated urgently for railway, highway and wastewater treatment plant projects in Adana, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mersin, Muğla, Niğde and Osmaniye.
The Presidential decisions on the subject were published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, within the scope of the Dualization of Karaman-Ulukışla Stations Project, some immovable properties in Karaman, Konya and Niğde, and within the scope of the High Standard Railway Line Construction and Electromechanical Systems Supply Project, some immovable properties in Mersin, Adana, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş will be purchased by TCDD General Directorate of Operations. It was decided to expropriate urgently by the Directorate.
Within the scope of the Kelebek Project in Manisa, some immovable properties will be expropriated urgently by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works.
It was decided to urgently expropriate some immovable properties in Muğla by the General Directorate of Highways for the purpose of soil leveling, engineering structures, bridge, superstructure and BSK work on the Muğla-Kale road, and the construction of the Kötekli Junction, which is planned to be a multi-level intersection.
Some real estates in the Duranlar Neighborhood of the Yeşilyurt district of Malatya will be urgently expropriated by the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant for the earthquake residences being built.
On the other hand, zoning plan changes for some real estates within the scope of privatization were approved. The Presidential Decree on the subject was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the master and implementation zoning plans prepared by the Privatization Administration regarding the parcels in Çayyolu Neighborhood of Çankaya district of Ankara, whose ownership is registered in the name of the Treasury of Finance, were approved with some changes.
