Trade sales volume (2021=100) decreased by 1.4 percent in May 2026 compared to the same month of the previous year. In the same month, the sales volume for wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles decreased by 1.7 percent, the wholesale trade sales volume decreased by 7.8 percent, and the retail trade sales volume increased by 13.7 percent.
MONTHLY VOLUMES INCREASED
Trade sales volume (2021=100) increased by 0.7 percent in May 2026 compared to the previous month. In the same month, the sales volume for wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles increased by 2.9 percent, the wholesale trade sales volume decreased by 0.6 percent, and the retail trade sales volume increased by 2.4 percent.
