The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ), offered 390 various plots of land for sale in 25 cities, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
Tenders for TOKİ’s 390 plots of land in 25 provinces will be held on October 2 and 3 at 10.30. In a statement made by TOKİ, “
Buyers will be able to own residential, commercial, industrial, unplanned lands, social and cultural facility areas and gas station lands with a 25 percent down payment and 48-month installment.
Among the lands offered for sale are commercial and residential areas in Ankara Etimesgut, a gas station area in Eskişehir, and residential and recreational areas in Istanbul.

The sessions will be held at Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center and TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Bids can also be placed online at “www.emlakmuzayede.com.tr”.
The lands offered for sale are located in the provinces of Adana, Antalya, Aydın, Amasya, Ankara, Batman, Bitlis, Didim, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, İstanbul, İzmir, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ and Van.
