The banking index lost 0.06 percent and the holding index lost 0.37 percent.
Among the sector indices, the one that gained the most was sports with 2.42 percent, and the one that lost the most was transportation with 0.89 percent.
While global markets entered the last two trading days of the year with a mixed course, uncertainties regarding the new era that will begin with the US President-elect Donald Trump taking office in January make pricing difficult.
Analysts stated that the domestic data agenda will be calm in the afternoon, and that pending housing sales data in the USA will be followed abroad, and that from a technical perspective, 10,000 and 9,800 levels in the BIST 100 index are in a support position, and 10,100 and 10,200 points are in a resistance position.
