Defense industry, domestic technologies, space research … All will be showcased. Teknofest visitors will cut their feet from the ground in Northern Cyprus. The address of Teknofest, the world’s largest aviation, Space and Technology Festival, under the auspices of the Presidency, will be the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus this time. The festival, which will be held at the former Ercan Airport in Nicosia, will open its doors to visitors on May 1.
Visitors will be brought together with science and technology with the stands to be established. Scientific content, experimental workshops, technology applications and quiz competitions will be organized for participants of all ages.
On the third day, President Erdoğan will be the guest of Teknofest. Erdogan will go to Northern Cyprus and share the excitement of the technology of young people. Teknofest will also host technology competitions of young people. In the final, teams from 6 different countries, including the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, will compete in the final. The finalists will exhibit their skills.
Flight shows will also be held within the scope of the festival. The demonstrations will include Solotürk, Turkish Stars, F-4 fighter planes, attack helicopters, Hürkuş, Bayraktar TB2 and Akıncı.
