SpaceX, the space transportation company owned by entrepreneur Elon Musk, has sent 23 more Starlink satellites into orbit. The Falcon-9 rocket carrying the internet satellites was successfully launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA, at 01:01 local time. It was announced that the reusable first stage of the Falcon-9 landed on a platform called “A Shortfall of Gravitas” in the Atlantic Ocean 7 minutes after the launch, while it was reported that 23 Starlink satellites settled into low Earth orbit approximately 64 minutes after the launch.
Will increase internet providing capacity
It is known that Starlink satellites were developed to provide broadband internet service to regions in different parts of the world that have difficulty accessing internet connection. It is stated that the 23 Starlink satellites recently sent into orbit will increase SpaceX’s internet providing capacity.
