The Ministry of Treasury and Finance opened the first phase of the service for the reliable preparation of the lease agreements for tenants and landlords through e-government on 4 November 2024.
In this phase, the contract to be prepared through the “Lease Agreement Transactions” section of the E-Government Gate at the E-Government Gate is approved by the Rental and the guarantor through the e-government gate.
The second phase of the application was passed on May 9. Accordingly, real estate consultants and authorized persons can also prepare a contract and submit the confirmation of the parties (immovable owner/shareholder, tenant and guarantor, if any).
With the application, time stamped “barcode document” can be created for lease contracts and verification is performed on the e-government gate.
Authorization of authorization without certificate of authorization is prevented
Second excess authority certified property consultants were provided with the opportunity to carry out leasing transactions via e-government. Citizens also check the authorization certificate of real estate enterprises, can approve their contracts in a reliable environment.
With this service, it is aimed to prevent possible grievances in terms of both citizens and real estate enterprises. Citizens can also access confirmed transparent information. Thus, while the intermediary of the authorization of non -authorization of authorization, the ownership of the real estate subject to the lease can be controlled. Citizens, institutions to get rid of the burden of transmitting lease agreements, bureaucracy is reduced with integrated services.
Within the scope of the service, 20 thousand 979 lease agreements were approved. While the application was widespread throughout the country, the “e-Circle Agreement” was organized in all 81 provinces. In order to ensure the effective use of this service by citizens, the screens were designed for user -friendly. In addition, the “Rental Agreement Transactions” login screen was included in the service video and usage manual of the service, citizens were informed about the steps of the service.
The promotional video prepared to inform the citizens is also expected to be published on television.

Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek on the evaluation on the subject, the e-government gate opened to the access of citizens “rental agreement transactions” application, citizen-oriented service concept said.
Pointing out that the service was carried out with domestic software developers and hundred percent internal resources, Şimşek said:

The application was constructed in a way that does not need to endure the additional cost of citizens to benefit from this service.
