January 2025 raise for civil servants and retirees… 5-month data became clear, new salaries emerged

With the November inflation data shared by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) becoming clear, the 5-month inflation difference, which is a determining factor in the raises of civil servants and retirees, has also become clear.

Accordingly; Monthly inflation was announced as 3.32 percent for July, 2.47 for August, 2.97 for September, 2.88 for October and 2.24 percent for November.

SGK and Bağ-Kur retirees have already achieved a raise difference of 14.57 percent. The inflation difference that will be reflected in the salaries of civil servants was announced as 4.15 percent.

In line with these calculations, if the 6 percent in the 7th Term Collective Agreement is added to the 4.15 percent inflation difference, a total cumulative increase of 10.4 percent will occur.

According to the 5-month finalized figures, the raise for civil servants and retired civil servants was 10.40 percent. Accordingly, the lowest civil servant salary was 43,282 TL.

SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees have already deserved a 14.57 percent raise, based on the 5-month inflation difference.
