Baykar Chairman of the Board and Technology Leader Selçuk Bayraktar made statements about the flight after the successful completion of the test:
“Bayraktar KIZILELMA successfully completed the system identification test at medium altitude. This was the third test we have conducted. From now on, many tests will continue within the scope of our development activities. Hopefully, we aim to start mass production of KIZILELMA at the beginning of 2024.
MAY IT BE GOOD FOR OUR HOMELAND AND OUR NATION
In addition, we are preparing for the first flight of Bayraktar TB3, which will be the world’s first SIHA that can take off and land on short-runway ships, and whose first flight we are eagerly awaiting. May all these developments bring good luck to our country and nation.”
