The teacher, who owed his military service in order to benefit from retirement, retired in 2022.
The teacher, who realized that despite being in debt, his retirement allowance for some months of his military service was not paid, applied to the KDK because his retirement bonus was calculated low.
KDK found the applicant right and decided to make a recommendation to the Social Security Institution (SGK) to meet the request and take the necessary actions.
Recalculating the applicant’s service period, SGK added the under-calculated period to the service period and paid a difference of 19 thousand liras for the under-deposited retirement bonus.
