Great Place To Work, the research company, presented the results of its annual ‘Trust Index’ survey to the public.
According to the survey results published in Dünya newspaper, companies included in the ‘Best Employers of Anatolia’ 2024 list offer their employees a good workplace experience and have a higher culture of trust compared to standard companies.
According to the survey results, the top 5 small-scale companies are shared by “Miorec Human Resources Inc., Davinci Enerji, Resisco, Pharminal İlaç and Endeksa”.
Medium and large-scale companies in the top ranks are: Beştepe College, Mobiliz, Limak Çimento, Numesys İleri Mühendislik A.Ş., Divan Gaziantep, Rönesans Holding, Votorantim Cimentos.
Culture of trust is also a very important factor that has a direct impact on employee loyalty, motivation and performance.
Companies on the list are also rated as a physically healthy workplace by 91 percent of their employees. 80 percent of the companies on the list strengthen collaboration and success in challenging times by creating an environment that includes everyone, regardless of the age, seniority, gender and role of their employees.
It is observed that inclusivity remains at 61 percent in standard companies. While 83 percent of employees state that they can easily reach and talk to their managers, this rate is 65 percent in standard companies.
