HOSTECH by TUSID Istanbul International Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe, Gastronomy, Bakery Products and Technologies Fair, which is among the important international organizations of the HORECA sector, will start on November 10 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center.
Tüyap Tüm Fuarcılık Yapım A.Ş. The fair, organized by TUSID in cooperation with TUSID, will bring together sector representatives until November 14. A wide range of products will be exhibited at the organization, from industrial kitchen equipment to hotel technologies, from cooling systems to service and catering products.
OVER 30 THOUSAND VISITORS ARE EXPECTED
More than 30 thousand local and foreign industry professionals are expected to visit the fair. Purchasing delegations from European Union countries, the USA, the Balkans, the Middle East, North Africa and Eurasia are expected to participate in the organization.
The fair is aimed to contribute to the establishment of new export connections for industrial kitchen and hospitality equipment manufacturers in Türkiye. It is planned that manufacturing companies will come together with buyers in different markets with the participation of international purchasing delegations.
INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN AND HOTEL EQUIPMENT WILL BE FEATURED
Industrial kitchen and cooking equipment, cooling and air conditioning systems, laundry and hygiene technologies, hotel furniture and textile products will be exhibited at the fair, which will be held in 11 halls.
Coffee and bakery machines, catering equipment, service and presentation products and commercial kitchen projects will also be among the product groups of the fair. The organization is a trading platform where hotel, restaurant and cafe businesses can establish direct contact with equipment and technology suppliers.
A CHEFS COMPETITION WILL ALSO BE HELD AT THE FAIR
In addition to commercial events, gastronomy organizations will also be held within the scope of HOSTECH by TUSID. Culinary Cup Chefs Competition will be organized by Anatolian Chefs Federation (AGAFED) in the 3rd hall of the fair. Different chefs will showcase their skills in the competition.
The fair can be visited between 10.00-19.00 on 10-13 November and between 10.00-18.00 on 14 November.
