The repercussions of the sharp fluctuations in Borsa Istanbul originating from savings and finance companies have been continuing for a while.
Emlak Katılım, a public institution, announced that they started negotiations to acquire Katılımevim and Birevim companies.
The statement made by Emlak Katılım is as follows:
” Emlak Katılım Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş., a subsidiary of our bank, has started negotiations for the acquisition of Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş. and Birevim Tasarruf Finansman A.Ş. within the scope of its growth strategy.
“Necessary explanations regarding the process will also be announced to the public within the framework of the relevant legislation.”
