6 companies entered and 2 companies exited the global index provider MSCI

MSCI, one of the global index providers, announced that 6 new stocks were added to Türkiye’s small-scale companies index and 2 stocks were removed within the scope of index changes around the world.

MSCI announced the changes in global indices that will be effective as of the close of the session on August 31.

Accordingly, Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikaları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Europower Enerji ve Otomasyon Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ, Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding AŞ and Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ were added to the Turkish small-scale companies index.

Arçelik AŞ and Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ were removed from the index in question.

Analysts stated that some international funds manage their portfolios in parallel with the MSCI index and that these funds take positions in the share markets according to index changes.
