Accordingly, the index, which was 96.4 in April, increased by 0.8 percent to 97.2 in May.
Consumer confidence index increased by 0.3 percent on a monthly basis in May, reaching 85.8.
In the same period, the real sector confidence index was recorded as 101, with an increase of 2.4 percent.
The service sector confidence index decreased by 0.6 percent to 109.
The retail trade sector confidence index increased by 0.8 percent to 112.5, and the construction sector confidence index decreased by 1.7 percent to 82.1.
