The application fees of citizens who were not eligible as a result of the draw were returned to the accounts opened in the name of the applicant at TC Ziraat Bank during the application.

Citizens who want to get the application fee back will be able to make refunds via Ziraat Bank ATMs by following the steps “Cardless Transactions > Other Transactions > Other Money Withdrawal > TOKİ Application Refund”.

On the other hand, refund transactions can also be made through bank branches. Citizens who want to make transactions at the branch must apply to Ziraat Bank branches and get a number through the Queue Call System (SÇS). Refund transactions of people who have closed their accounts will be carried out directly through the branches.
