The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) has announced that claims that it has met with US investors to complete the Burj Al Babas Project, for which it was appointed as trustee, do not reflect the truth.
In a written statement made by TMSF, a response was given to the “foreign investor” claim in the Burj Al Babas Project.
The statement, which stated that the allegations that “TMSF was held talks with US investors to complete the Burj Al Babas Project for which it was assigned as a trustee” did not reflect the truth, emphasized that, contrary to the news in the press, there was no meeting between the US-based Nova Group Holding and the trustee representatives authorized in the company.
In the statement, it was stated that speculative news should not be trusted during this process and that information will be provided as new developments regarding the completion of the unfinished project occur.
TMSF continues its trusteeship duty, which was given by the decision of the Gaziosmanpaşa Criminal Court of Peace, within the scope of the investigation carried out against the company that owns the Burj Al Babas Project and 17 companies related to the company’s partners.
