Paris, San Jose and Seattle left New York and London behind in terms of quality of life. Paris stands out with its world -wide cultural assets and high life expectancy, while San Jose and Seattle are among the world’s largest income levels.
The Index ranked 106, Ankara 277, Antalya 374, Izmit 383 and Bursa 405th. Istanbul ranks 15th among a thousand cities in terms of human capital.
