Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that elderly and disabled pensions amounting to 5.6 billion lira for November have started to be deposited into the accounts as of today.
Göktaş stated in his statement that they have developed inclusive and regular social assistance programs for the disabled and the elderly.
Emphasizing that they support disabled and elderly people in every field, from education to health, from economy to social life, so that they can live independently, as well as their full and effective participation in social life, Minister Göktaş said, “In this direction, we are depositing the elderly pension and disability pension for November into the accounts as of today. “As of today, we are transferring a total of 5.6 billion lira of elderly pensions and disability pensions to the accounts for the month of November, of which approximately 3.1 billion liras are elderly pensions and approximately 2.5 billion liras are disabled pensions,” he said.
