It was found appropriate to sell the real estates with a surface area of 18 thousand 339.20 square meters in Didim district of Aydın, registered under the name of Sümer Holding AŞ, as a whole to Has Karaarslan İnşaat Ticaret Ltd. Şti, who submitted the highest bid for 252 million liras.
It was decided to sell the real estate with an area of 6 thousand 911.49 square meters in Didim, registered under the name of the Privatization Administration, for 102 million liras to Bekay Turizm İnşaat Gayrimenkul Ticaret AŞ, and the real estate with an area of 6 thousand 911.52 square meters to Hasan Hüseyin Yapı Ticaret AŞ for 108 million liras.
