Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı announced in a post on his social media account that 1 billion 924 million 243 thousand liras of agricultural support payment was transferred to farmers’ accounts.
Wishing this payment to be beneficial and fruitful, Yumaklı said, “We transferred 1 billion 924 million 243 thousand liras of agricultural support payment to the accounts of our farmers.”
According to the information in the post, farmers will be paid a support payment of 1 billion 671 million 553 thousand liras for plant product insurance, 122 million 68 thousand liras for cattle (heifer) purchases, 103 million 312 thousand liras for animal disease compensation, and 27 million 309 thousand liras for grains, pulses, grain corn.
