The interesting incident took place in a 5-star hotel in Antalya. A hotel guest named Cenk Bilge allegedly asked the hotel staff for help to fix the broken air conditioner in his room until the last day of his stay. The vacationer, who said that the problem was not resolved until the last day he was going to leave the hotel, staged a very interesting protest in the morning. Cenk Bilge laid down his bed, which he carried from his room and brought down with the elevator, in the restaurant, which was full of customers.

THE ROOM’S AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK THE LAST DAY

The hotel official who made a statement on the subject stated that there was no problem with the air conditioning in the room Cenk Bilge stayed in, and that the air conditioning did not work due to a technical problem on the last day of his stay. The official who said that all units were present at the hotel on the day the technical problem occurred, stated that they gave Bilge a temporary room with working air conditioning for 4 hours due to his complaint and that they told him that the problem would be solved in a few hours and that he could move to his own room.

THE MINISTRY CAME TO THE HOTEL AND KEPT A REPORT

The hotel official stated that the air conditioners were not working in many rooms at the same time due to technical problems, and noted that Bilge wanted to meet with the technical manager face to face, that they said that he could talk to the technical manager by phone, and that the manager was dealing with a technical problem on the roof at the time. The hotel official, who stated that the problem occurred at noon, stated that the air conditioners were not working for 4.5 to 5 hours, and that they informed their customers about the issue. The official said, “The gentleman had a 4-day vacation at our hotel and checked out today. We said goodbye and left yesterday as if nothing had happened. In addition, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism came and kept a report during the night, spoke to our customer, and checked the rooms where there were no customers.”
