AA Finans’ expectation survey regarding the September inflation data to be announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute on Thursday, October 3, was concluded with the participation of 17 economists.
The average September inflation expectations of economists participating in the survey was 2.09 percent. Economists’ inflation expectations for September were between 1.50 percent and 2.50 percent.
According to the average inflation expectations of economists for September, annual inflation, which was 51.97 percent in the previous month, is expected to decrease to 48.11 percent.
On the other hand, economists’ inflation expectation for the end of 2024 was 43.23 percent in August.
Consumer Price Index increased by 2.47 percent in August.
