According to the drone sightings in Germany, Chancellor Merz expresses the “presumption” that the flight objects from Russia are controlled. This version now comments on Moscow.

According to drone sightings in Germany, Russia has rejected allegations of participation. “There are many politicians in Europe who tend to blame Russia at the moment. They are always doing this unfounded and flat -rate,” said Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskow from the Russian news agency Interfax.

“The story with these drones is indeed at least strange. But on the other hand, there is no reason to blame Russia for it,” he said with a view to statements by Chancellor Friedrich Merz (CDU).

Merz had expressed the “presumption” on Sunday in the ARD show “Caren Miosga” according to the drone sightings in Munich: “In any case, a significant part of it is probably controlled from Russia.” Merz also said: “We know that Putin wants to test us.”

Last Thursday, President Vladimir Putin said that the allegations against Russia should probably serve to further heat the situation and to increase Europe to increase its defense spending. At the same time, on a forum in front of international guests, he also rejected allegations as nonsense that Russia wanted to attack a NATO country.

The deputy chairman of the Russian National Security Council, Dmitri Medvedev, accused Merz and France’s President Emmanuel Macron that they wanted to stir up for war. It was time for the population to “define” the “minds”, wrote the former president at Telegram.

At the same time, Medvedev said that there could be different explanations for the origin of the drones, including provocations of Ukrainians who wanted to draw Europe into war. He admitted that it could be activities of a pro -Russian substrate in the countries with the aim of destabilizing life in the EU. Last but not least, games from Rowdys who wanted to annoy their authorities are also possible.

“In fact, each of the causes mentioned or a combination of this can be the reason for this panic around the” Russian drones “,” said Medvedev. “However, this is not the most important thing. The most important thing is that the short -sighted Europeans experience their own body what the risk of war means.” Russia has been war against Ukraine for more than three and a half years. Both sides are using more and more drones.
