Reports of new explosions in Iran

The US military bombed targets in Iran for the seventh night in a row. Explosions are reported from there again.

Report of burning tankers in the Strait of Hormuz
The pro-government broadcaster Press TV reported that night an American drone was shot down in the area of the city of Bushehr, citing the powerful Iranian Revolutionary Guard. In addition, two oil tankers were on fire in the south of the Strait of Hormuz. The information could not initially be independently verified. The responsible regional command of the US military later announced on X that claims by the Revolutionary Guards that two oil tankers had exploded in the Strait of Hormuz were false. Iran continues to claim full control of the strait, which is crucial for global trade in oil, gas and fertilizer.
