This is how Russia wins fresh soldiers for the war

Russia uses various means to win new soldiers. A separate market has arisen.
Three and a half years after the attack on Ukraine, a separate market in Russia has created the recruitment processes. As the Russian -speaking news portal “Viola” writes, mediators can earn up to 3,800 euros – more than three times the average salary.
As “Viola” writes in the report, there are recipients who try to win men for military service in everyday life – for example in the supermarket. They are therefore hired by state institutions. Often the new soldiers are not aware that the people they address must achieve certain number of recruitment. You would accompany your new acquaintances to the recruitment office.
“Violation” writes that the recruiters specifically focus on people who do not find any other work. One of the recruits justifies his work to the news portal as follows: “Otherwise the guy would have drunk dead or would have been crowded on an overdose. I explained to him: Listen to you get money. And are a man if you come back.” Many of the recruited men would have debts.
According to the report, there are also “home office headhunter”, which, for example, recruit new soldiers via Telegram. As “Viola” writes, the recruits even partially invest and pay several hundred euros in order to send advertisements to telegram channels. They often have pre -experiences in creating advertising graphics.
The soldier job has strong financial incentives in Russia, with a monthly salary of the equivalent of around 3,000 euros, about three times the Russian average is paid. In the event of death, premiums go to the families.
