EMRA’s board decisions on the subject were published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, all of the excess electrical energy produced for this year in unlicensed electricity production facilities whose 10-year unlicensed production period has expired and which are located at different measurement points from the consumption facility can be sold.

On the other hand, the “Unlicensed Producer-2” tariff will be applied as an upstream distribution fee to electricity generation facilities that continue their unlicensed production activities based on renewable energy sources within the scope of the Presidential Decree dated June 12, as of the effective date of the said decision.
