According to the statement made by the Presidency, the “National Vehicle Recognition System General Communiqué” published in the Official Gazette dated 5 October 2023 and the procedures and principles regarding the establishment of UTTS in order to ensure equality of competition in the fuel market and to effectively combat the informal economy were determined.
Within the scope of UTTS, the Pistol Communication Module (TIM) to fuel stations and fuel pump pistols were required to be attached to the vehicle recognition reader (TTO), the vehicles that were acquired or involved in the enterprise and the vehicles that are not included in this nature but not in this nature but use the vehicle recognition system (TTB).
Within the scope of the Communiqué, taxpayers operating fuel stations had to provide TTOs on the pistol apparatus of at least one pump unit until 31 January. The devices to be used in the pump units used for the supply of a fuel type outside the gasoline or motorine have a period until the end of the year (December 31).
WARNINGS TO THE VEHICLE OWNERS
Within the scope of the regulation, the owners of the vehicle had to have TTB installed by the rental or the vehicles used in the enterprise until 31 January.
In vehicles that operate with multiple or outside gasoline or a fuel type outside the motorine, the duration for the tank for fuel type outside the gasoline or motorine will be filled on December 31st.
For vehicles that are not included in the scope of the relevant article and use the vehicle recognition system, TTB should be installed as of July 1.
April 30 emphasis on hardware
It is important for taxpayers and vehicle owners operating fuel stations to install or assemble the equipment specified on the condition of making the necessary application and registration procedures through the website, communication module and other equipment until April 30 at the latest.
In fuel sales made within the scope of UTTS, information about the plate of the vehicle will be transmitted automatically to the new generation pump payment recorder device.
