Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, regarding the acquisition of the Italian aviation company Piaggio Aerospace by Baykar, said, “It is an indication of the level of success that Turkish aviation and Baykar have reached in the global league.” he said.
From his social media account, Minister Kacır evaluated the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy’s approval of the sale of the aviation company Piaggio Aerospace to Baykar.
Pointing out the importance of this acquisition, Kacır said:
“The acquisition of the 140-year-old Italian aviation company Piaggio Aerospace by Baykar, our national pride, is an indication of the level of success that Turkish aviation and Baykar have reached in the global league.
