A memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in financial technologies was signed between the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
In the statement made by the CBRT, it was stated that a memorandum of understanding was signed between the CBRT and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority to determine the framework for cooperation between the innovation functions of both banks.
It was stated in the statement that the agreement is expected to facilitate information sharing in the field of financial innovation and develop cooperation in innovative projects, and that the memorandum of understanding was signed by CBRT Governor Fatih Karahan and Hong Kong Monetary Authority Chairman Eddie Yue.
