After her letter to Vladimir Putin, Melania receives a letter from Turkey. President Erdoğan’s wife turns to first lady with a request.

The Turkish presidentialist Emine Erdoğan appealed to Melania Trump to stand up for the Palestinian children in Gaza Strip with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as they did for the Ukrainian children. In a letter published by the Turkish presidency, Emine Erdoğan said that she trusted “that the important sympathy that they showed for the 648 Ukrainian children who have lost their lives in the war will also be extended to the Gaza strip, where 62,000 innocent civilians, including 18,000 children were brutally killed in less than two years.”

Emine Erdoğan continued in her letter to Melania: “As a mother, as a woman, as a human being, I share the feelings expressed in her letter, and I hope that they will give the children of Gaza the same hope that long for peace and calm.”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan tries to convey war between Russia and Ukraine for three and a half years.

On Tuesday, Erdoğan had accused Israel of using hunger in the Gaza Strip as a weapon. The pictures from the Palestinian area are “much worse, more brutal and more inhumane than those from the Nazi camps”.

The war in the Gaza Strip was triggered by the attack of the Islamist Hamas on October 7, 2023. According to Israeli information, more than 1210 people were killed, 251 were dragged into the Gaza Strip as hostages.

Since then, Israel has massively military in the coastal strip in response to the attack. According to the Hamas authorities, which cannot be confirmed independently, more than 62,600 people have so far been killed.
