Macron: Putin wants “surrender of Ukraine”

Macron warns of weakness towards Russia and demands a strong Europe. Before the Washington meeting, he emphasizes Putin’s lack of peace.

France’s President Emmanuel Macron does not believe that Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin is striving for peace. “I think that President Putin wants peace?
