Minister Kacır said that by opening the first use area for domestic and successful artificial intelligence solutions, public institutions will provide a strong reference for companies to develop, verify and move their products to global markets. Kacır said: “We will provide an environment where our SMEs and researchers can turn their ideas into prototypes in a short time with ‘Artificial Intelligence Growth Zones’ with ready-made energy and digital infrastructure. We will further advance the technological capacity of our country by mobilizing at least 10 billion dollars of resources under the leadership of the private sector in data center, cloud computing and artificial intelligence infrastructures. We will establish regulatory test areas in at least 5 priority sectors so that innovative solutions can be developed and tested safely; we will offer our entrepreneurs a predictable and innovation-supporting application ground. Undoubtedly, it is of great importance for our technological independence that artificial intelligence models reflect the memory of our society, the world of values and the richness of our language. To provide equal opportunity to our SMEs in access to technology, to alleviate the financing burden created by high-cost digital infrastructures and to integrate artificial intelligence solutions into business processes.” “We have implemented the KOSGEB Artificial Intelligence Loan Program to support their rapid integration. Within the scope of the program, we provide interest-free financing of up to 5 million liras to our startups with the Teknogirişim badge for access to high-performance computing infrastructure, secure data storage services and artificial intelligence tools.
