Brokers keep the cats hungry one day and fed the other day so that they can mate more often.

The Scottish Fold was discovered in Scotland in 1961 by a farmer named William Ross. The Scottish Fold cat’s mother has straight ears, but its father is unknown. Due to this uncertainty, complete information about their genetic origins has not been obtained. Lawyer Senem Demirel Acar, vice president of the Animal Rights Federation, stated that many people buy whatever animal is fashionable, and stray animals are not adopted, and said: “Most animals are bred and sold in the basements of houses in illegal places. People buy them eagerly without knowing the characteristics of the animal.” As they get older, their lives become more painful. “Unfortunately, it will continue to be produced as long as citizens buy it.”
