Instagram has implemented a new feature to improve user experience. The platform announced a new update that allows the post grid on the profile page to be arranged more flexibly.
Thanks to the new feature, users will be able to change the order of photos and videos on the profile regardless of the sharing date. Thus, content producers, brands and individual users will be able to redesign their profiles according to the visual layout they want.
The feature, which has been requested by users for a long time, attracts attention especially for accounts that attach importance to aesthetic appearance. While previously there was only a post pinning option in the profile grid, a much more comprehensive editing opportunity will be offered with the new update.
Instagram management stated that the feature will increase users’ creativity and contribute to the personalization of profile pages.
Social media experts evaluate that the new system will provide a significant advantage, especially for business accounts, content producers and influencers.
To move posts on Instagram:
* Press and hold on the photo you want to move on your profile.
*Tap “Set in Grid” from the menu that opens.
*Drag the post to the desired location in the profile grid.
* Save after completing editing.
