Economic confidence decreased in March

While the economic confidence index was 100.7 in February, it decreased by 2.8 percent in March and reached 97.9.

Compared to the previous month, in March, the consumer confidence index decreased by 0.8 percent to 85.0, the real sector (manufacturing industry) confidence index decreased by 3.9 percent to 100.0, the service sector confidence index decreased by 0.5 percent to 113.2, the retail trade sector confidence index decreased by 2.0 percent to 113.6, the construction sector confidence index decreased by 3.9 percent to 80.6.

The biggest contribution to the decline in economic confidence came from the real sector with -3.9 percent.
