According to Türkiye Electricity Transmission Inc. data, the highest electricity consumption yesterday on the basis of 49 thousand 968 megawatts at 21.00, the lowest consumption was 36 thousand 673 megawatts at 08.00.
On a daily basis yesterday, 1 million 81 thousand 403 megawatts electricity was produced, consumption was recorded as 1 million 77 thousand 1 megawattaat.
Natural gas power plants took place in the first place in production with 25.6 percent. This was followed by imported coal power plants with 21.4 percent and hydroelectric power plants with dam with 13.6 percent.
Türkiye, yesterday, 14 thousand 69 megavatsasaat electricity exports, 9 thousand 686 megawattaat imported electricity imports.
