Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) announced the construction cost index data for January.
Accordingly, the index increased by 9.1 percent in January compared to the previous month and 26.61 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
Monthly index on a monthly basis increased by 1.96 percent and the labor index increased by 23.58 percent. The material index on an annual basis increased by 22.39 percent and the labor index increased by 34.37 percent.
Building Construction Cost Index, 9.39 percent in January compared to the previous month, compared to the same month of the previous year, 27.09 percent increased. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.91 percent and the labor index increased by 24.14 percent. In addition, the material index increased by 23.28 percent and the labor index rose by 33.76 percent compared to the same month last year.
The construction cost index for out -of -building buildings increased by 25.05 percent in January compared to the previous month compared to the previous month, compared to the same month of the previous year.
In these structures, the material index increased by 2.14 percent and the labor index rose by 21.58 percent compared to the previous month. In addition, the material index compared to the same month last year, 19.67 percent, the labor index increased by 36.65 percent.
