CBRT’s total reserves increased by 7.4 billion dollars

The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) increased by 7 billion 453 million dollars to 153 billion 110 million dollars in the week of May 23.

The CBRT announced weekly money and bank statistics.

Accordingly, as of May 23, the Central Bank gross foreign exchange reserves increased by 3 billion 689 million dollars to 69 billion 90 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves were 65 billion 401 million dollars on May 16th.

During this period, the gold reserves increased by 3 billion 763 million dollars from 80 billion 256 million dollars to 84 billion 19 million dollars.

Thus, the total reserves of the Central Bank increased from $ 145 billion 657 million to 153 billion 110 million dollars with an increase of 7 billion 453 million dollars compared to the previous week.
