As a result of detailed analyzes and reports compatible with bank data, 4 thousand 95 taxpayers who earned income through virtual POS but did not have any obligation in terms of income or corporate tax, did not submit a declaration or made a missing declaration. These taxpayers, 37 billion pounds of revenue was determined.
Many sectors have been examined
Textile and ready -to -wear, computer consumables, telephone and telephone accessory traders and hundreds of taxpayers carrying out computer programming activities were determined to hide the revenues.
Within the scope of the analysis studies, it was seen that a person without tax registration made 2 thousand 284 times on virtual POS applications in 2024 and earned 67 million pounds income.

Punishment for those who do not comply
In order to prevent tax losses in this process, Gib has activated the mechanism of “voluntary harmony and explanation”.
