Take-Two Interactive announced its new fiscal year expectations. According to the company’s predictions, the biggest force behind this rise will clearly be Grand Theft Auto VI. The company expects revenue of $7.9 billion to $8.1 billion in fiscal 2027.

Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) started to change the financial balances of the gaming industry even before it was released. Take-Two Interactive, the publisher of the game, announced that it expects record revenue for the 2027 fiscal year. According to the company’s estimates, total net revenue will be between $7.9 billion and $8.1 billion.

RECORD EXPECTATION!

According to the financial report shared by Take-Two, the company expects net booking revenue between $8 billion and $8.2 billion in the 2027 fiscal year. This figure means approximately 20 percent growth compared to last year.

The company clearly stated that the main reason for this increase is GTA 6, which will be released on November 19. In addition, the company’s other games are expected to contribute to the revenue side.

Another noteworthy detail in the report was player expenses. Take-Two expects about 65 percent of its revenue for the year to come from in-game spending and recurring consumer payments. This constitutes a portion of approximately 5.2 to 5.3 billion dollars.

On the other hand, Take-Two expects net cash flow from operations to exceed $1 billion in fiscal 2027. The company is targeting an additional increase of approximately $400 million compared to last year. It is stated that new games will have a large share in this growth.
