US-based technology company Apple introduced its latest products and updates to the public at the 2024 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) event. At the event, details about the company’s long-awaited artificial intelligence technology “Apple Intelligence” were shared.
While it was announced that Apple Intelligence has capabilities such as sending context-oriented notifications, creating artificial intelligence-supported images, and performing cross-application tasks, it was emphasized that the system will benefit from special servers and cloud-based models using Apple chips to ensure the security of user data.
SIRI WILL BE INTEGRATED IN CHATGPT
Announcing the new features to be brought to the smart personal assistant Siri, Apple announced that it will cooperate with the artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT to provide a better user experience. While it was reported that ChatGPT and Siri integration would first come to iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS Sequoia devices, it was reported that these software updates would be available in the fall.

While it was shared that the wearable virtual reality glasses “Apple Vision Pro”, developed by Apple and working with voice commands and eye and hand tracking, will be released in 8 more countries, the product will be released in China, Japan and Singapore on June 28, and in Australia on July 12. It was reported that it will be on sale in Canada, France, Germany and the UK. At the event, where customizations and privacy updates for smartphones were also introduced, information was given about what can be done with the “macOS Sequoia” update. It was noted that iPhone phones can be used on the computer screen thanks to the “mirroring” feature that will come with this version.

On the other hand, it was noted that with the smart watch “watchOS 11”, the health tracking features of Apple Watch will be strengthened and users will be able to manage blood pressure data in much more detail.
