The famous game series became one of Nintendo’s most beloved brands throughout the 1990s and 2000s, with its gameplay focusing on the space battles of the main hero Fox McCloud and his team. The series, known for productions such as Star Fox (1993), Star Fox 64 (1997) and Star Fox Adventures (2002), has remained largely silent in recent years. The last major release, Star Fox Zero, was released for Wii U in 2016.
The new game, simply titled Star Fox, was introduced by Nintendo producer Yoshiaki Koizumi and series creator Shigeru Miyamoto.
Star Fox will be released on June 25 for Nintendo Switch 2
