According to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Israeli attacks on fuel depots in Tehran constitute an “ecocide” due to the long-term health risks for local residents. The Iraqi government had recently expressed concern about attacks near the prison. Impacts near Al-Karch prison raised “fears for the security of the prison, which houses high-risk terrorist prisoners.”
