The war in the Gulf puts Donald Trump in Iran’s sights. The US President is reacting with unusual means.
US President Donald Trump loves the game of golf. He sometimes even invites the Finnish head of state Alexander Stubb to a game. Last weekend, however, the US President was seen on a golf course in New Jersey in front of a special backdrop: there was an “Avenger” missile defense system. This was reported by the online platform “The War Zone”.
“Avenger” is a mobile missile defense system installed on a Humvee. The cost is around five million dollars.
“For most golfers, ponds and sand bunkers represent the biggest obstacles. However, President Donald Trump – the target of frequent attacks, including while playing golf – faces far greater threats, particularly from Iran,” noted the weapons technology news site.

It was only at the beginning of August that police in Los Angeles arrested a man who had been scouting around a golf course. Trump wanted to attend a fundraising gala for the Republican Party at the site.

The latest footage comes from Sunday as Trump watched the final round of the LIV Bedminster golf tournament at his golf course in New Jersey. Another photo from Trump’s visit to a golf course also confirms the use of the “Avenger” system.
