The President’s decisions on the subject were published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, for the purpose of the construction of energy transmission lines, it was decided to urgently expropriate the electricity distribution facility locations of the real estates located on the determined routes in the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Aydın, Bilecik, İzmir, Konya, Nevşehir and Sivas, in the form of ownership, and the line safety areas by establishing easement rights, by the General Directorate of Turkey Electricity Distribution Inc.
In the Geyve district of Sakarya, some immovable properties located on the routes determined within the scope of the 154 kV Pamukova RES-(Geyve RES TM-Paşalar TM) (Input-Output) (North-South) Energy Transmission Line Project will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Turkey Electricity Transmission Inc. (TEİAŞ) by establishing ownership of the pole locations and easement of the conductor release gauge.
In addition, within the scope of the 154 kV G24 Kütahya SPP TM-Altıntaş TM Energy Transmission Line Project, it was decided to urgently expropriate some immovable properties by TEİAŞ by establishing pole locations as ownership and conductor release gauges by establishing easement rights by TEİAŞ General Directorate.
