According to media reports, the Ukrainian military secret service Hur temporarily put out several train lines in Russia with sabotage files. The authority is both behind an explosion on a railway line in the southern Russian area of ​​Orjol as well as behind the derailment of a locomotive and a freight train in northwestern Russia, report Ukrainian media, citing sources at secret service. The Russian media were silent.

There had been an explosion in the Orjol area near the border with Ukraine the evening before. Railwayers had found a suspicious package there and called the national guard. When the pioneers attempt to defuse the bomb, the explosive device went up. Two soldiers were killed immediately, another died of his injuries later. The route was initially closed, in the afternoon a track lane was released for traffic. More than a dozen trains had to be diverted beforehand.

During the night, a freight train derailed in the Leningrad area near St. Petersburg. Since the cisterns were empty, there was no major damage here. A few hours later, a locomotive derailed in another country rice in the same region. The train driver died. There had to be large sections of the railways there too.

“Due to the destruction of the rail infrastructure in these sections, the Russians feel significant problems in logistics, which in turn affects their ability to do active actions against the Ukrainian armed forces,” the media quote a secret service spokesman to justify the sabotage files. In fact, according to experts, the rail network is one of the most important components for Russian warfare in Ukraine.

According to Russian information, a fire broke out in Northwestern Russia in Northwestern Russia. In the city of Kirischi, 110 kilometers southeast of St. Petersburg, three Ukrainian drones were shot down, the governor of the Leningrad area, which surrounded the city of the million, said Alexander Drosdenko.
