Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) announced that it has put the “Baklavacı Faruk Güllü Commercial and Economic Integrity”, which consists of the assets of Baklavacı Güllüoğlu Gıda Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ, to which it was appointed as trustee, for sale.
Commercial and economic integrity subject to sale with an estimated price of 223 million TL; It consists of goods, rights, assets and contracts belonging to Baklavacı Güllüoğlu Gıda Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ.
The tender will be held on April 8, 2026.

Güllüoğlu Baklavas were seized in 2016 due to the crimes of ‘financing a terrorist organisation’, ‘being a member of a terrorist organisation’ and ‘establishing and managing a terrorist organisation’.
